2. Use of Content
The content created for you is yours to use commercially unless otherwise stated. However:

• You may not resell the raw AI technology or templates.

• We may use the final video for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide clear, accurate input (e.g., script, visual references, brand guidelines)

• Approve drafts in a timely manner to avoid delays

4. Delivery Timelines
Typical delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days, depending on project complexity.
Rush delivery may be available at additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, voice scripts, or materials you provide do not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

Refund Policy
Due to the creative and digital nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds Will Be Issued:

• Once a project is started, even if you cancel mid-way

• Due to change of mind after placing the order

• If you fail to provide required assets on time and delay delivery

• If you are unsatisfied due to unclear instructions or miscommunication not caused by our team

We ensure clarity in expectations and offer 1–2 free revisions where applicable, depending on the project.
