NIKKE HORIGANN is a Australian fashion wear brand that wanted to try new approach, because for the past 6 months, testing and building momentum on their account, but without generating significant results.
The Goal
After auditing the brand ad account, it was discovered that (ROAS) was very low at 1.42x. This was significantly lower than the industry standard, and was causing the company to be inefficient in their ad spend and not getting the desired results from their campaigns. As a result, they were struggling to maximize their investment and generate sales from their ads.
We know that root causes of their problem were poor analyzing and poor creatives. The poor analyzing was resulting in the company not understanding their target audience and their buying behavior. The creatives, on the other hand, were not engaging enough and were not conveying the desired message in an effective manner.
so we knew for Nikke Horigann it was only a matter of time (and testing!) to get better results.
The Strategy
The initial plan was nothing too crazy – simply launch the ads and test them to find the best-performing, winning creative from the bunch.
And so he did.
During the creative testing phase, data showed that returns on ad spend were too low and some of the assets would burn out quickly due to Facebook creative churn rate. We knew that they needed to come up with a compelling offer to drive stronger sales from the app.
This is where the game changed. The team developed a “Buy 2” offer. As the team knows some of the brand’s best-selling products, customers thought this was a MASSIVE STEAL!
